Conan The Barbarian
In 1970, Marvel began publishing comic books about Robert E. Howard's Conan with the launch of the magazine (found under Other Merchandise) Savage Tales (which became Savage Tales of Conan with issue #4) and Conan the Barbarian. These titles changed throughout the years, with Savage Tales becoming Savage Sword of Conan, and then Conan the Savage. Conan the Barbarian was shorted to Conan. In addition, other titles (such as Conan the King/King Conan) and limited series were created, along with reprint series such as Conan Saga. Conan the Barbarian travelled from Cimmeria to explore the kingdoms of the Hyborian Age, joined periodically by other characters, such as Red Sonja (who received her own title for a while).
